Adapt Winter Workshop
Winter is a time of hibernation and quiet reflection where our energy may have slowed down with the shorter days and longer nights. This season may bring fatigue, stagnation and heaviness in our overall energy. In our workshop with a focus on the lower body, we will learn to stimulate the flow of chi to restore vibrancy and strengthen our immune system.
The practice of Yin yoga is interwoven with Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and the 5 elements. The meridians (energetic pathways), inspired by water - kidney and urinary bladder during the winter season. We will learn how these channels assist to move water through the body to inspire an increase in our energy and vitality.
- Become part of our community as we welcome all ages and levels of fitness to attend.
- We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.
