Adapt Autumn Workshop
With the approach of cooler weather it is the time of transition and transformation. Come join us in welcoming Autumn as we learn to surrender, slow down and find peace in letting go in all our layers - physical, emotional, psychological and spiritual. We will create space to discover what needs to be released from our lives in order for transformation to begin.
The practice of Yin yoga is interwoven with Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and the 5 elements. The meridians (energetic pathways), inspired by metal - the lungs and the large intestines during the autumn season. We will learn how deficiencies and excess in these channels affect our wellbeing and restore harmony back to the body.
- Become part of our community as we welcome all ages and levels of fitness to attend.
- We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.
