Adapt Summer Workshop
As the element of Fire is truly upon Summer, we will be balancing the fiery energy with a cooling practice with a focus on the upper body. The holiday season brings an increase in physical and social activities and this is the perfect opportunity to unwind and create space for contemplation and relaxation.
The practice of Yin yoga is interwoven with Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and the 5 elements. The meridians (energetic pathways) governed by Fire - the heart and the small intestines during the warm season. We will explore how deficiencies and excess in these channels affect our wellbeing and learn techniques to rebalance the fiery energy.

- We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.
