Spring Yin Immersion – ‘Planting New Seeds’ - with Liz Ross

In spring, those aspects of us that have been dormant over the winter months begin to awaken. Just as nature enters a cycle of renewal, growth and expansion—so does the energy within us.
Join Liz in this yin immersion which will focus on supporting your body’s natural digestive and detoxification functions. You will be offered the opportunity to shed old unwanted layers and make a conscious choice of renewal in mind, body and spirit.
This two hour practice will provide a supportive and nurturing environment for you to connect with yourself and expand your body through a gentle yin yoga practice.
No experience is needed.
