Restore + Refocus Retreat

Take some time out for yourself after the festive season to reconnect, restore and refocus. Be nourished with beautiful wholefoods supplied by Ruby Lane. Come away from the day feeling motivated, focused and restored so that you can direct your energy as you desire in 2021 and live your best life.
You will begin the day with a gentle morning yoga practice focused on mindful movement to connect your breath, body and mind. You will be supported through self-reflection and guided into a process of journaling to gain a deeper understanding of your true self.
What life do you want to create?
You will be able to express this creatively onto a vision board.
Self care will be a central focus of your retreat. You will have an opportunity to learn to develop a personalised essential oil blend to take home. The day will come to a close with a gentle and relaxing practice.
This retreat is available to everyone, no experience is necessary. We will supply you with all workshop materials, lunch,herbal teas and snacks..

About the Teacher
Andrea began her yoga journey more than 20 years ago and her love for yoga has evolved into a mindful practice focusing on the breath to bring calm and balance into her life. She practices to connect and understand herself on a deeper level believing, as Desikachar says, “when we are attentive to our actions we are not prisoners to our habits”.
Andrea studies and practices authentic Hatha Yoga continuing the lineage of Krishnamacharya and Desikachar. Her traditional Yoga classes nourish the body, mind and breath through mindful movement (asana), breath work (pranayama) and meditation, leaving you feeling restored, balanced, connected and relaxed.
- Become part of our community as we welcome all ages and levels of fitness to attend.
- We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.
