Spring is a time of renewal as we shed away the winter coat to reveal new layers for growth and expansion. Join us in welcoming the new season with a focus on hips and lower body to support the body's digestive and detoxification functions.
The practice of Yin yoga is interwoven with Traditional Chinese Medicine theory and the 5 elements. The meridians (energetic pathways), inspired by wood - liver and gall bladder during the spring season. We will learn to regulate and rebalance these channels through breathwork, yin poses, myofascial release and mantras.
- Become part of our community as we welcome all ages and levels of fitness to attend.
- We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.
