Feeling overwhelmed by life, or simply want to discover a better way to manage day-to-day worries and stress? Meditation is not only a great way to decompress and unwind, it may also reduce the negative effects of anxiety and depression, worry and fear, addictions and high blood pressure.
Join us for an afternoon of Tea & Meditation. During our time together you will learn a meditation technique with others in a shared space, with a selection of Pukka teas.
We will make tea together, and then I will teach a Meditation technique. Afterward if you like, you can share your experience of the meditation. There’s a magic and a felt sense of support in practising Meditation together.
- Become part of our community as we welcome all ages and levels of fitness to attend.
- We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.
