Restore - Sound bath
When was the last time you gave yourself some 'me-time'? If you don't remember, feeling drained or experience difficulty switching off, give yourself this 2 hours to learn to unplug from the busyness of life. You will learn how to tap into your relaxation response through poses that are designed to support your body and calm the busy mind.
The first part of the practice involves yummy restorative poses where your body is supported by various props designed to relieve chronic tension and stress from the body.
This will be accompanied with breathwork to help calm the mind and body. We will finish the practice with a calming and nurturing guided meditation to the calming sound of Tibetan sing bowls, chimes and drums to ease you into a great night's sleep. Sound baths are designed to delve into the energetic and emotional body leaving your calmer, energised and rejuvenated.
This class is for anyone, but especially those suffering with hip and shoulder tension. Be sure to let your family and friends know about this workshop.

- We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
- Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.
