Enjoy a 60 minute yoga class designed to ease pregnancy symptoms, promote baby bonding and help you prepare for labour. Class includes pre-natal yoga flows, breathing practices for labour, mindfulness and guided relaxation.
This class is run by Katie Brown – a pre and post-natal yoga specialist and mum-of-three. Katie has been teaching pre-natal yoga on the Northern Beaches for twenty years.

About Katie Brown
Has been teaching yoga on the Northern Beaches for two decades. She is the Vice President of the IYTA (International Yoga Teachers’ Association) and is on the asana team for the IYTA’s Diploma of Yoga Teaching and runs the IYTA’s Restorative Yoga Training, Pre and Post Natal yoga training and lectures on Yin Yoga Training. She is also a qualified birthing assistant (doula), infant massage instructor and massage therapist. Katie is the author of Mother Me – a mum’s guide to balance, wellbeing and harmony and has published online yoga programs, CDs and DVDs.
