Chakra Course - Online. Commencing Sat, 28th August @ 4-5.30pm (7 Weeks)
Learning about chakras is learning about ourselves. Chakras are energy centres within us and when free, we have the ability to move through our life with trust and with an open heart towards ourselves and others.
When these energy centres are blocked, our energy is affected negatively leading to feelings that may include tiredness, irritability, powerlessness, fear and anxiety.
Dita will guide students on a journey through the 7 Chakras over 7 weeks, learning where these energy centres are and finding where energy might be blocked. And finding out how to release these blocks through physical practice and meditation.

Dita began her yoga journey by practising classic Hatha yoga in 2005 in her homeland the Czech Republic. After moving to Australia in 2007, Dita began learning and practising Bikram Yoga at Brookvale’s Yoga Indian College, before completing her 420 hours teacher training in 2015. In 2018 Dita graduated as Yoga Therapist (620 hours) and in November 2019 completed 30 hours of Restorative Teacher Training.
Dita is passionate about enabling others to build their own confidence, mental and physical health through yoga. Her absolute focus is on offering yoga classes for everybody at every age, classes that are fun, filled with love, respect, understanding and kindness, teaching the students that less is actually more.
