General Seasonal Yoga Course with Katie Brown - Wednesdays from July 21st @ 7.30-8.30pm (5 weeks)
Yoga Flow/Restorative for all levels.
Enjoy a 60-minute yoga experience for the mind, body and spirit, unique and flowing yoga sequences to tone your body, release muscle tension and quieten your mind.
This hour-long practice is focused on the energy of Autumn/Winter (from Traditional Chinese Medicine TCM) with emphasis on the lung and large intestine meridians – which help to cleanse, clear and release.
This class is an opportunity to press pause on your busy day and create the environment to balance hormones and heal your mind, body & spirit.
About Katie Brown
Katie has been teaching yoga on the Northern Beaches for two decades. She is the Vice President of the IYTA (International Yoga Teachers’ Association) and is on the asana team for the IYTA’s Diploma of Yoga Teaching and runs the IYTA’s Restorative Yoga Training, Pre and Post Natal yoga training and lectures on Yin Yoga Training. She is also a qualified birthing assistant (doula), infant massage instructor and massage therapist. Katie is the author of Mother Me – a mum’s guide to balance, wellbeing and harmony and has published online yoga programs, CDs and DVDs.
