Whether you are an experienced meditator or fairly new to this wonderful practice, this course will help to guide and assist you in your meditation practice.
Over the five weeks you will have the opportunity to gain a more disciplined approach to your meditation practice.
This course will give you the insights to evolve and adapt your practice for different situations.
About the Teacher
Liz is passionate about our subtle energy systems and how yoga and meditation influence our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Approaching her teaching with a sense of curiosity and compassion, she likes to offer students tools to increase mindfulness through meditation and pranayama.
Liz’s yoga journey started with the Satyananda tradition and meditation. Then, for over 10 years she practiced Ryoho (Japanese) yoga, which eventually led her to Hatha. Seeking a deeper spiritual connection, she aligns herself and teaching to the practice of the eight paths of yoga and the Krishnamacharya teachings.
Having been exploring her yoga practice now for over 20 years and participating in many silent meditation retreats, she offers it to clients like a gift.
Her formal qualifications include a Level One Hatha Certificate – Qi, (420+ hours) and Yin Yoga training (100 hours) along with a Diploma in Energetic Healing and a Meditation Facilitator’s certificate (Naturecare College).
