Over the five weeks you will learn that there are so many different types of meditation and you will find what works for you in different situations.
This course will give you the tools to begin or evolve your meditation practice.

About the teacher
Liz's yoga journey started with the Satyananda tradition and meditation. Then, for over 10 years she practiced Ryoho (Japanese) yoga, which eventually led me on to Hatha. Seeking a deeper spiritual connection, I align myself and my teaching to the practice of the eight paths of yoga and the Krishnamacharya teachings.
Now having been exploring her yoga practice now for over 20 years, I offer clients a wholistic yoga experience which can be strong and dynamic or deeply relaxing and nurturing with mindfulness as a foundation
Her formal qualifications include a Diploma in Classical Hatha (420+ hours) and Yin training (100 hours) along with a Diploma in Energetic Healing and a Meditation Facilitator’s certificate (Naturecare College).
What our students say about Liz
