Celia has been practicing Yoga since she was a teenager and in 2010 had the courage to follow her heart and completed her first Yoga teacher training. Celia's classes radiate joy and acceptance coupled with dynamic and/or gentle movements. She believes that the power of relaxation and mediation should be a part of life keeping us mentally strong and a provides a clear pathway for knowledge of ones self.
Sara loves teaching and practising Yoga. She is passionate about the sparkle that Yoga can bring to your day through asana, pranayama, meditation and some story telling or inspiring quote. Sara aims to have you walk or float out of class with a smile, and something to think about off the mat.
Sara has completed a one year Qi Yoga Teacher Training in 2010, has studied Yoga for Kids, takes Chanting and Singing lessons, has been to many lectures from Brene Brown to Dr Rishi Vivekananda, loves to play the Kartals and is currently into her new Harmonium! ff the mat you will find her playing Uno at home, bike riding with the kids, eating out with the family or at the dog park with her beloved Teddy! (a very cute cavoodle).

Her classes invite students to explore the effects of their own breath on the body and mind as they move through their asana practice, consciously and with awareness. Her yoga is based on the traditions of Sri T Krishnamacharya, whose teachings promote applying yoga to suit the body not the other way around. Her studies included 500 hour teacher training course at The Yoga Institute with Michael de Manicor and Rosie Caunt. She has a great interest in anatomy and encourages her students to modify their poses for comfort and safety. She brings a sense of fun to her classes as well mediation, pranayama, ( that's yogi speak for breath control ), and a sprinkling of yoga philosophy.
Petra has been practicing yoga for over 8 years and in 2010 had the courage to follow her heart and completed the her first yoga teacher training (with qi yoga) since then she has been sharing her passion for yoga with her students and everyone that come across her path, she's passionate about learning from different teachers so has trained in different styles of yoga with amazing and inspiring teachers from overseas and Australia. She loves guiding her students through fun flow classes, where they can connect with their breath and receive all the amazing benefits from yoga.
Dita began her own yoga journey by practising classic Hatha yoga over 11 years ago in her home country of Czech Republic. After moving to Australia in 2007, Dita began learning and practicing Bikram Yoga at Brookvale’s Yoga Indian College, before training to become a yoga teacher at Qi Yoga and Pilates in Sydney in 2015. For the past year Dita has begun to specialise in yoga therapy and continues her teacher training journey at Adore Yoga Sydney.
Loving where her own journey of personal strength and growth has taken her, Dita is passionate about enabling others to build their own confidence, mental and physical heath through yoga. Her absolute focus being on offering yoga classes that are fun but filled with love, respect, understanding and kindness.
Dita is a registered and insured Yoga Australia Level 1 Yoga Teacher.
Tessa began practicing yoga in 1996 and has studied mainly in the Satyananda tradition. Tessa undertook her diploma of yoga teaching (460 hours) with the International Yoga Teachers Association (IYTA) and is now a philosophy lecturer on the teacher training program. She is passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone. She brings her own experience in adapting practice to suit injury - as well as a keen interest in yoga philosophy and mantra (sound) - to her teaching.
Nikki was, until recently, a corporate marketer. Now, she brings her creativity to a flowing, nourishing yoga practice. The focus of her classes is to make you breathe, smile, move and nourish - delivering vitality to each corner of the body. Her classes are strong and steady, helping participants build mental resilience, as well as muscle while moving with fluidity.
She is a 500hr certified Vinyasa Yoga teacher, 100hr Yin Yoga Teacher and Fertility Yoga teacher. Nikki is most passionate about empowering women - helping them find their fire, creativity and healing abilities.
Advanced Diploma in Yoga Teaching, Specialises in Yoga Sutra studies and Vedic chanting, Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Australia Member and completion of Yoga Therapy Training with Ganesh Mohan.
Michela has a particular interest in the tools of yoga and their therapeutic application. The focus of her teaching is therefore to design a practice that nourishes the specific needs of each of her students and to help them develop their own practice.
Alethea landed on her first yoga mat as a teenager (let’s just say a long time ago!)
Alethea completed her 500hr teacher training at the Yoga Institute, and her Children and Teens Yoga specialisation with Zenergy Yoga. Complimenting her yoga, Alethea has over 15 years personal training experience, focusing on women’s health and exercise for rehabilitation she has a diploma of exercise science and a degree in Psychology.
The focus of her breath centred classes is to empower you to ignite curiosity for your practice, connect to your own inner wisdom and what truly supports you to thrive in all aspects of your life and wellbeing.
She can be regularly found upside down on the mat with her three girls or in the Sea!
