"Transform Yourself" 6 week beginner course
This beginner course explores all aspects of this ancient science of Yoga, including Asana ( postures ) plus simple breathing and meditation techniques that can assist you in everyday life and make you happy..it's scientifically proven y'know :) .

We have all the necessary equipment for your class, or feel free to bring your own mat.
Wear loose comfortable clothing that you can move in and please be punctual.

A 6 week course led by Sophie Cuzzilla. Sophie will guide you through a gentle yoga practice preparing you physically, emotionally and mentally for birth and motherhood. Practice breathing, relaxation and meditation techniques that will support you, not only through your pregnancy but beyond, in all areas of your life. Pre natal yoga, also uses gentle postures to relieve physical discomfort that mums to be may experience during pregnancy. You will be invited to connect with your changing body and your baby as well as other mums to be.
NB: We care about you and your baby, please consult with your birth professional before enrolling in this course. 'Mothers to be' must be at least 14 weeks to participate.
