Dee Why School of Yoga has been sharing the benefits of Yoga with the community on Sydney's Northern Beaches for over 23 years. Our Yoga Shala is an oasis in a busy Dee Why and you will feel instantly relaxed once you walk in and experience our quiet, clean and dedicated space. We are a dedicated group of experienced Yoga teachers and practitioners with one goal; To facilitate a safe, authentic and transforming yoga practice for all of our students. Classes cater to all levels of experience, from beginners to advanced, and incorporate all aspects of an authentic Hatha Yoga practice, including Pranayama (breath), Asana (physical poses) relaxation and Meditation.
Yoga is an evolving science, and to compliment the traditional practices we regularly offer the more contemporary styles such as Yin yoga.

Apart from the physical benefits of Yoga, such as increased muscle tone, improved flexibility, increased bone density and body awareness, just to name a few, Yoga is proven to increase happy hormones and decrease unhappy hormones. Developing and maintaining a breath centred yoga practice is clinically proven to not only keep the nervous system calm but also offers mental clarity, focus, a feeling of overall wellness and good health.
